License
A non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted. You may use the system for personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share access, or reproduce or publish content.

Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment provider. Payment is required in full before access is granted.

Digital Delivery
Access is provided immediately after purchase. By purchasing, you agree that delivery begins immediately, access to digital content is granted instantly, you explicitly consent to immediate performance, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is granted.

Liability
Use of the system is at your own risk. SOLVE SYSTEMS™ is not liable for financial outcomes, business results, or indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Austrian law.
